(We need this for your Renters Passport) 4. Will any other adults be living with you? 5. Will there be any children living with you? 6. Do you have any pets such as cats or dogs or exotic animals? 7. What is your employment status? 8. Are you willing to provide a guarantor if your credit score is below average? 9. What is your reason for moving? (e.g. new job, more space, closer to home, downsizing) 10. Do you currently have any CCJs or adverse credit history? Note: any undeclared will look negatively on a credit check. 11. Do you intend to move in within 14 days, 30 days, or longer? 12. Do you have the right to reside in the United Kingdom? 13. Are you a foreign national or were you born outside the United Kingdom? 14. Are you a foreign student in receipt of sponsorship and require pre-written approval? 15. Please provide your National Insurance Number. We need this for your Renters Passport.

I declare I will provide all necessary information to the lettings agency to the best of my knowledge. I agree not to intentionally provide misleading information to the lettings agent to dishonestly appropriately and accept that my application will be rejected and agree not to enter a contract based on the incorrect information I have provided appropriately.
